Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the i92 Visualization Studio website, https://i92vs.tilda.ws/ ("Site"), operated by i92 Visualization Studio ("i92", "we", "our", or "us").
By accessing or using this Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. About Our Services
i92 Visualization Studio provides architectural visualization and related creative services, including, but not limited to:
• Interior and exterior 3D rendering
• Architectural visualization
• 3D modelling
• Product visualization
• 3D animation and walkthroughs
• 360° interactive tours
• 2D drawings, plans and elevations
• Other visualization and design-related services agreed upon with a client
Information presented on the Site is intended to provide a general overview of our services. The specific scope, deliverables, price, schedule, number of revisions and other project requirements will be agreed separately with each client.

2. Quotes and Pricing
Prices displayed on the Site are indicative starting prices unless expressly stated otherwise.
The final cost of a project may depend on factors including project size, complexity, required level of detail, number of images or deliverables, resolution, deadlines, available source materials and other project-specific requirements.
A final quotation may be provided after we review the client's project information and requirements.
A quotation does not create a binding obligation until the project and its commercial terms have been accepted by both parties.

3. Project Information
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and sufficiently complete project information required to perform the requested services.
This may include:
• Architectural drawings and plans
• CAD or 3D files
• Dimensions
• Material and finish specifications
• Furniture and styling references
• Landscape plans
• Lighting references
• Photographs
• Branding materials
• Other relevant project documentation
Delays or inaccuracies in information supplied by the client may affect the project schedule, cost or final result.
We are not responsible for inaccuracies in visualizations or other deliverables resulting from incorrect, incomplete or outdated information supplied by the client.

4. Project Process
Unless otherwise agreed, visualization projects may include stages such as:
• Collection and review of project information
• Camera angle selection
• Materials, lighting and styling development
• Draft previews
• Client comments and revisions
• Final rendering and delivery
The exact process may vary depending on the nature of the project.

5. Revisions
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our standard visualization process may include up to three rounds of reasonable revisions.
A revision means an adjustment to the agreed design or visualization based on client feedback.
Major changes to the original brief, including substantial changes to architecture, layout, modelling, camera angles, design direction or materials after work has already been completed, may be treated as additional work and may require an additional fee or revised deadline.
Additional revision rounds may also be charged separately.

6. Client Approvals
During a project, the client may be asked to approve elements including camera angles, materials, modelling, lighting, styling or preview images.
Once a project stage has been approved, substantial changes to that approved stage may constitute additional work.
The client is responsible for reviewing previews carefully before giving final approval.

7. Timelines
Any project completion times stated on the Site are estimates unless a specific deadline has been agreed in writing.
Project schedules depend on factors including project complexity, availability of source information, response time, client approvals and requested revisions.
We are not responsible for delays caused by late feedback, incomplete information, changes to the project scope, technical circumstances beyond our reasonable control, or other delays caused by the client or third parties.

8. Payments
Payment terms, deposit requirements, payment schedules and accepted payment methods will be agreed separately for each project.
Where a deposit or advance payment is required, work may not begin until payment has been received.
Unless otherwise agreed, additional work outside the original project scope may be charged separately.
Payments made through third-party platforms or payment providers may also be subject to the terms and conditions of those providers.

9. Cancellation
Cancellation terms may be specified in the individual quotation, contract or project agreement.
If a client cancels a project after work has started, the client may be responsible for payment for work already completed and expenses already incurred.
Deposits or advance payments may be non-refundable to the extent necessary to cover work already performed, reserved production time or costs incurred, subject to applicable law and any specific agreement between i92 and the client.

10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, i92 Visualization Studio retains ownership of its working files, production methods, source files, 3D scenes, templates and other underlying materials used to create the final deliverables.
After full payment, the client receives the right to use the final deliverables for the purposes agreed for the project.
The transfer of final images, animations or other deliverables does not automatically include ownership or delivery of source files, editable 3D scenes, project files or other working materials unless specifically agreed.

11. Portfolio Use
Unless confidentiality has been agreed in writing, we may display completed work in our portfolio, website, social media, presentations, competitions and other promotional materials.
We will respect any confidentiality agreement entered into with a client.
If a project is confidential or subject to a non-disclosure agreement, the client should inform us before work begins.

12. Client-Supplied Materials
The client represents that they have the necessary rights or permissions to provide and use any files, images, drawings, logos, photographs, designs, models or other materials supplied to us.
The client remains responsible for any third-party intellectual property rights associated with materials they provide.

13. Third-Party Assets
Visualizations may contain third-party assets such as furniture models, textures, vegetation, materials or other digital resources licensed for use in visualization work.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise, delivery of a final visualization does not transfer ownership of those third-party assets or their underlying files to the client.

14. Accuracy of Visualizations
Architectural visualizations are intended to communicate the appearance and design intent of a proposed project.
They are artistic and representational images and may not perfectly reproduce real-world conditions.
Actual construction, materials, colors, lighting, vegetation, surroundings, dimensions or other physical characteristics may differ from those shown in a visualization.
Unless explicitly commissioned and agreed otherwise, our visualizations and drawings are not engineering documents, construction documents, structural calculations, surveys or certifications.
Clients should rely on appropriately qualified architects, engineers, contractors and other professionals for technical or construction decisions.

15. Website Content
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on the Site accurate and current. However, we do not guarantee that all information, including prices, descriptions, timelines, availability or examples of services, will always be complete, accurate or up to date.

21. Governing Law
